When you contact us

We receive the email address, store URL, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, review the public store pages you identify, prepare a proposal, and manage work you request. Do not include customer records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

The review-request tool prepares an email draft in your browser and opens your email app. It does not submit the request to a website database. You must send the email yourself. Our contact mailbox uses Google Workspace; messages are processed by our email provider.

Website operation

The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. The hosting provider processes technical connection data, such as IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party font services. Optional audience measurement is described below; it remains disabled until a separate Storecessible Analytics property is configured.

Optional audience measurement

If enabled on our production domain, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline, change your choice through Analytics preferences, or withdraw consent. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this optional measurement. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days.

With your permission we measure approved page visits, contact and demo clicks, and preparation or copying of a review request. These actions do not confirm an email was sent or received. We do not send the store URL, message, email draft, arbitrary query strings, or other form contents to Analytics. Only recognized campaign labels are eligible for attribution. We do not enable advertising features or Google Signals. Google may process measurement data outside your country and use analytics cookies after consent. Withdrawal removes the site’s Analytics cookies where accessible and stops subsequent collection; it does not erase data already processed. How Google processes data from sites using its services.

Service information

If you hire us, we agree what store access is necessary. We request only permissions needed for the work and do not ask you to send your account password. Project information is used to perform, document, and support that work. Any additional tools or access needs are identified in your proposal.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell inquiry information. Our hosting, email, and agreed service providers may process information outside your country. We keep information only as needed to handle the inquiry, perform agreed work, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Inquiry records are reviewed for deletion after 12 months without an active commercial relationship; project and payment records may need to be kept longer.

Your requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you shared, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@storecessible.com. We may need to verify the request. We honor requests subject to applicable obligations to retain certain records.

We update this notice when our actual website or service practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
